At the plants in Brazil, 80% of the leather produced comes from Zebu breeds and 20% from European breeds such as Angus, Hereford and their genetic crossbreeding with Zebu breeds such as Braford and Brangus. At the plants in Mexico and Paraguay, we produce American, Mexican, German, Uruguayan and Paraguayan hides.

Brazilian leather with termite mounds
In Brazil, 80% of the leather we produce comes from Zebu cattle with termites. Zebu breeds, such as Nelore and Brahman, which are predominantly raised in the country's tropical and subtropical climate, have this typical characteristic.
